Announcement of Email Service Suspension
The NCKU Email System will undergo a scheduled security update. During the maintenance period, email services will be temporarily unavailable. Please refrain from accessing or using the email system during the scheduled downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Service Suspension Period:
Wednesday, July 22, 2026, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
(Services may be restored earlier if the maintenance is completed ahead of schedule.)
Affected Services:
The following email domains:
- @ncku.edu.tw
- @mail.ncku.edu.tw
- @email.ncku.edu.tw
will be temporarily unavailable for:
- Email sending and receiving (POP3, IMAP, SMTP)
- WebMail login service
During the maintenance period, incoming emails from external mail servers will be temporarily stored in the mail queue and delivered automatically once the service is restored. No emails will be lost.
