The setup steps are as follows:

1. Log into the Webmail account and select “Personal Settings” on the lower left.
2. Select “Personalize.”
3. Select “Environment.”
4. Select the “Email” tag.
5. Select the “full page mode” in “Email Reading Mode.”
6. Disable “Automatic Email Preview.”
7. Select “Plain Text” in “Default Email Reading Mode.”
8. Select of “Block All” in “Block External Image Files” and check the “Block Images in Text.”
9. Press the “OK” button.
