The TWAREN SSL VPN service update, originally scheduled for June 27–28, experienced a network migration issue that caused connection disruptions earlier this morning, June 29.

Following emergency troubleshooting by NCHC engineers, the service has now been fully restored and is operating normally. If you still experience connectivity issues, we recommend disconnecting and trying again, or restarting your device.
