To improve the efficiency of dormitory network repairs, the "NCKU DormNet AI Assistant" is now available for trial! Whether it is day or night, if you encounter network connection issues, you can receive instant troubleshooting assistance via LINE. If the problem remains unresolved, you can still submit an online repair request, and our staff will contact you during office hours.

As the system is in its early stages, the AI is still learning and evolving. If you encounter incomplete or inaccurate responses, please let us know via the "Feedback" function. Your suggestions are the driving force behind our continuous efforts to make the system smarter!
