How long will the student mail account be disabled?

  • E-mail ( ) is only available for students,faculty and staff.
  • Graduates should Export or Backup their own mail or address book.
  • The student account is controlled by “Cheng-Kung portal”. The graduation student account is disabled as follows:
    Graduation Account Notification Duration
    1st semester graduates (ie August to next year) Notice after August 1 the following year
    2nd semester graduates (ie February to July) Notice after February 1 the following year
  • The actual deletion date of the account is based on the date of the " Mail account deactivation notification " sent by the student after graduation.
